The CEF focuses on supporting students who are interested in pursing education, but may not have the financial means to do so. This may look different for each student, and we would encourage all students to apply regardless of their dream. Whether your dream is to become a hair dresser, teacher, or a surgeon - we want to help you reach your goals!

We also support exceptional educational organizations in Cambodia that are seeking financial support.

See below how to submit an application for a scholarship or grant.
